临床营养处方是临床营养治疗策略的直接体现。 但是,我国目前缺乏营养处方的标准化管理及处方的信息化配套 管理,缺乏全程的营养风险筛查、营养评估、营养治疗、营养监测及营养随访的管理体系。 为了实现临床营养科工作的信息化 及标准化,有效执行营养治疗方案,改善营养处方干预效果,助力患者临床康复,开发一款便捷高效的营养处方管理系统对临 床营养医师管理处方具有重大的积极意义。 在既往的营养诊疗过程中,先进临床营养诊疗支持系统的缺乏已成为制约临床 营养服务质量的重要影响因素。 为提高卫生健康便民服务能力、优化就医诊疗环境、增强医院管理能力,做好营养处方的标 准化管理是医院临床营养科的重要工作,也是提高医院医疗服务质量以及经济效益的重要改善措施之一。 本系统自 2020 年 3 月上线,截至 2021 年 6 月,共制订 4474 份营养处方,应用可及性高。 开发营养处方管理系统不仅为临床营养医师制订营养 治疗方案提供动态的数据记录,也可提高临床营养医师的工作效率,更是肠内营养处方应用精准性与安全性的有力保障。
