目的 了解肺癌术后患者恐惧疾病进展现状,并探讨其与社会支持、创伤后成长的相关性。 方法 选取 2021 年 5 月 至 2022 年 1 月于南通大学附属医院胸外科就诊的 250 例肺癌术后患者,应用一般资料调查表、恐惧疾病进展量表、社会支持 量表和创伤后成长量表对患者的一般特征、恐惧疾病进展、社会支持及创伤后成长水平进行调查。 结果 肺癌术后患者恐惧疾 病进展、社会支持及创伤后成长得分分别为(26. 75±8. 57)分、(38. 88±7. 40)分和(34. 68±9. 54)分;恐惧疾病进展与社会支 持、创伤后成长呈负相关,社会支持与创伤后成长呈正相关。 性别、文化程度、家庭人均月收入、疾病知晓、临床分期及创伤后 成长是肺癌术后患者恐惧的影响因素。 结论 肺癌术后患者恐惧疾病进展需重点关注。 医护人员应制订相应措施,做好心理 疏导,缓解疾病进展恐惧,促进生活质量。

Objective To investigate fear of progression and analyze its correlation with social support and post-traumatic growth in postoperative patients with lung cancer. Method Using the convenient sampling method a total of 250 postoperative patients with lung cancer who were treated in the Department of Thoracic Surgery of the Affiliated Hospital of Nantong University from May 2021 to January 2022 were selected. The general information questionnaire Fear of Progression Questionnaire FoP-Q-SF Social Support Rating Scale SSRS and Post - Traumatic Growth Scale PTGI - SF were used to investigate the general characteristics fear of progression social support and posttraumatic growth of patients. Result The score of fear of progression was 26. 75±8. 57 the score of social support was 38. 88± 7. 40 34. 68± 9. 54 was the score of post-traumatic growth. Fear of progression was negatively correlated with social support and post-traumatic growth and social support was positively correlated with post-traumatic growth. Sex education level family monthly income disease awareness clinical stage and post-traumatic growth were the influencing factors of fear of progression. Conclusion Fear of progression in postoperative patients with lung cancer was at a middle level. Clinicians should formulate targeted measures alleviate fear of progression and improve the quality of life.
