伴随我国肿瘤防控措施的完善及抗肿瘤诊治水平的不断提升,肿瘤患者生存期逐渐延长、生存率逐年提高,肿瘤生 存者这一逐渐壮大的群体也越来越被重视。 因此,肿瘤生存者的全程管理包括及时发现生存者存在的潜在不良影响,如何提 高生活质量具有重要而深远的意义。 基于上述因素,中国抗癌协会肿瘤营养专业委员会撰写本共识,以循证医学证据为基 础,注重生存者个体化的差异,强调生存者管理的理念以及操作流程,加强社会各界对于生存者的关注,完善生存者的全程管 理制度,为广大医护人员、生存者及家庭成员提供相关问题的管理规范,指导意见和解决方法,从而推动肿瘤生存者的全程、 全方位管理的有效实施。

Due to improvements in cancer prevention cancer diagnosis and treatment in China the overall survival rate of cancer patients has increased resulting in a growing population of cancer survivors. However the needs of these survivors have not been met. Therefore it is crucial and far-reaching to focus on the management of cancer survivors in order to improve the quality of life. In the light of this the Chinese Society of Nutritional Oncology has organized a team of experts to develop this consensus. Drawing upon evidence from both domestic and international sources this consensus aims to highlight the essential concepts and operational procedures of managing cancer survivors. By providing guiding principles to healthcare professionals survivors and their families this consensus seeks to raise awareness within the community improve the survivorship management system establish standards for healthcare professionals and survivors and serve as reference to effectively implement comprehensive survivorship management.
