摘要
目的 分析基于抗炎饮食的营养治疗在肺癌化疗患者中的应用效果。 方法 选取 2021 年 1 月至 2022 年 12 月在中
国人民解放军总医院第一医学中心行化疗的肺癌患者 122 例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组 61 例和试验组 61 例,对照组给
予常规营养治疗,试验组给予基于抗炎饮食的营养治疗管理,比较两组干预前后的营养状况、T 淋巴细胞亚群、免疫功能、体
重、患者主观整体评估(PG-SGA)评分、肿瘤患者生命质量测定量表各维度评分,临床治疗疗效以及不良反应发生情况。 结果
从疗效与安全性分析,试验组的临床治疗总有效率为 59. 02%,与对照组的 39. 34%比较明显较高(P<0. 05)。 试验组不良反应
发生率为 16. 39%,与对照组的 39. 34%比较明显较低(P<0. 05)。 从营养状况方面分析,干预后,试验组白蛋白水平[(37. 91±
3. 28)g / L 比( 34. 51± 3. 39) g / L]、总蛋白水平[( 389. 24± 30. 34) mg / L 比( 356. 71± 28. 74) mg / L]、血红蛋白水平[( 11. 54 ±

癌化疗患者治疗效果,改善其营养状况和免疫功能,且其应用安全性有一定保障。
Abstract
Objective Analyze the application effect of nutritional support management based on anti -inflammatory diet in lung
cancer chemotherapy patients. Method A total of 122 patients with lung cancer who received chemotherapy in the First Medical Center
of the Chinese People's Liberation Army General Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected and divided into the
control group 61 cases and the experimental group 61 cases by random number table method. The control group was given
conventional nutritional support and the experimental group was given nutritional support management based on anti -inflammatory
