胃癌是全球发病率排名第五,死亡率排名第四的肿瘤,具有发病率高、预后差的特点。 胃癌患者营养不良发病率 高,且术后长期存在,恢复周期长,出院后仍需要进行营养治疗。 患者良好的治疗依从性是营养治疗发挥作用的关键,但目前 胃癌术后患者院外营养治疗依从性的现状并不乐观,营养治疗效果不佳。 同时,由于对术后出院患者营养治疗依从性的评估 缺乏标准的评价工具,导致相关研究还处于较低水平,往往仅作为次级指标进行研究。 但可以确定的是患者的年龄、知识水 平、饮食偏好以及术后相关的并发症、社会经济因素、医护人员的健康教育及随访指导等都会对患者的院外营养治疗依从性 产生影响。 因此,本文对目前胃癌术后患者院外营养治疗依从性的现状和评价工具进行综述,从多角度分析出院后患者营养 治疗依从性的影响因素,并探讨提升患者院外营养治疗依从性的方法,以期从医院角度为患者制定个性化的营养治疗方案、 增强患者院外营养治疗黏度、改善患者营养状况提供借鉴与参考。

Gastric cancer ranks fifth in global incidence and fourth in mortality with high incidence and poor prognosis. The incidence of malnutrition in patients with gastric cancer is high and it exists for a long time after surgery and the recovery cycle is long. Nutritional treatment is still needed after discharge. Good treatment compliance is the key to nutritional therapy but the current status of out-of-hospital nutritional therapy compliance of patients with gastric cancer after surgery is not optimistic and the effect of nutritional therapy is not good. At the same time there is a lack of standard evaluation tools for the assessment of nutritional treatment compliance of patients discharged after surgery resulting in a relatively low level of relevant studies which are often only studied as secondary indicators. However it can be confirmed that the patient ' s age knowledge level dietary preference postoperative complications socioeconomic factors health education and follow-up guidance of medical staff will affect the compliance of patients with out-of-hospital nutrition therapy. Therefore this paper summarized the current status and evaluation tools of out-of-hospital nutritional treatment compliance of postoperative patients with gastric cancer analyzed the influencing factors of post - discharge patients' nutritional treatment compliance from multiple perspectives and discussed the methods to improve patients' out-of-hospital nutritional treatment compliance. In order to provide reference for patients to develop personalized nutritional treatment plan enhance the viscosity of out-of-hospital nutritional treatment and improve the nutritional status of patie nts from the perspective of hospital.
