摘要

在明确体医融合健康促进体系内涵框架的基础上,通过对健康要素与运动之间关系的论证,提出健康要素新观念,“运动是营养”。运动是全人群、全生命过程、全疾病发展过程中不可替代的健康要素,运动不仅是身体健康的基础,也是心理健康和社会适应健康的重要组成部分;健康是一种储备,运动不足直接影响到个体的健康储备,通过医学与体育评估检查,健康储备可以量化;不同的食物为人体提供了不同类型的食物营养,不同的运动种类提供了不同的运动健康要素;运动是刺激,健康是适应,运动提供了最广泛、最自然、种类最丰富的刺激形式。在已有研究中虽然对运动与健康要素关系呈现了积极之思,但是“运动是良药”更多强调了运动的治疗效果,“运动是营养”则是强调了运动的生活化本质、运动的健康要素本质。本文从体医融合的视域将运动作为一种健康要素对运动进行重新解读,以期为体医融合的发展和“健康中国”的推进提供理论依据。

Abstract

Based on a clear framework for the connotation of the integrated sports-medicine health promotion system, this study proposes a novel concept of health elements—"exercise is nutrition"—through an analysis of the relationship between health elements and exercise. It posits that exercise is an irreplaceable health element for all populations, throughout the entire life course, and across all stages of disease development. Exercise not only serves as the foundation for physical health but also constitutes an essential component of mental health and social adaptation health. Health is conceptualized as a reserve, and insufficient exercise directly impacts an individual's health reserve, which can be quantified through medical and sports assessment examinations. Different foods provide various types of nutritional elements to the body, while different forms of exercise offer distinct exercise-related health elements. Exercise acts as a stimulus, and health represents adaptation; exercise provides the broadest, most natural, and most diverse forms of stimulation. Although existing research has positively explored the relationship between exercise and health elements, the notion of "exercise is medicine" primarily emphasizes the therapeutic effects of exercise, whereas "exercise is nutrition" highlights the life-oriented essence of exercise and its fundamental nature as a health element. From the perspective of sports-medicine integration, this paper reinterprets exercise as a health element, aiming to provide theoretical support for the development of sports-medicine integration and the advancement of the "Healthy China" initiative.
